Panic!

This week i must say is a rather eventful one!


Firstly The there there are the endless little trun a home.  I would not that 't say they are terribly significant that theyis enough to worry me to say the least.  You  can pose as a show-stopper but enough to cause me to panic that i had to create a fresh new blog.  Much worse, the thought that i could have lost my jottings

A comeback, is it possible?

The only way to start ist to start. Now, i've been away for far too long.  I mean from updating my own blog that i created mlany a moon ago!  I begin to wonder if a comeback is at all possible.  Well going by my opening, it surely is. That's my own personal challenge to myself.

So, I intend to resume jotting downm daily events in my ermmm...mmy much neglected  blog ymy daily journal, if you like.  looking forwatd to reviving my page  that i am immensely proud of.

hari gembira saya

Alhamdulillah, saya telah jumpa page blog sendiri yang telah sekian lama puas saya cari sehingga terlepas peluang mecatatkan beberapa peristiwa kecil harian yang saya kira agak signifikan pada diri saya didalam journal saya ini.  'kehilangan' ini meinjadikan saya sangat dukacita kerana moment yang hendak saya catat itu berlalu dengan pantas dan berlainan dan jika hendak ditulis sebagai nota setelah beberapa minggu/hari t

What a day!

Today is a productive day
Morning - Had breakfast with husband, dropped breakfast for the maid at home then paid a courtesy call on mom-in-law and inlaws.  Played with Amaar, made appointment for Sunday akikah at Dora's TTDI for tom.  It was almost 11am by the time I came home to send off Zainal for a wedding-cum golf in Kundang!

Afternoon went to discuss cabinet matter, dropped by tutti frutti.  Drove to putra terminal car park, took train to masjid jamek.  Walked over to Nagoya.  Found a peach-coloured material at best buy RM6.  Negotiated for shop to stock up about 80 metres for Siti Wedding's outfit for the bridal couple escorts.  Walked over to rediscover semua house .  What a discovery - yes they do have some rather updated fashion houses.  I parted with RM300 for 2 new trousers and a blouse.  Certainly not bad value for money. Testing time

This is a testing time.  For me that is, personally and professionally.  I've been kept busy at work with multitple tasks and assignments, overlapping deadlines to deliver.  While nobody have said they were going to be all easy, i find some of the tasks doable but some are just beyond me to say the least.  Not anyone I thought.  Nevertheless, I know deep down we are all paid to do all these things and deliver we must.  I am perfectly alright with this and have conditioned myself for it.  I have Allah to thank for with this in mind I have been blessed with the strength.  I also listen to myself and accept my personal limitations on those that I can't deliver.  They may due to health and/or any other life's circumstances.

At the personal front, I am in the midst of planning for my eldest nuptials.  Needless to say there are tons to do.  So i have to suspend all writings to late date.  Till then.

Own weakness

Terasa lama tak update my own blog.  I'm not even going to start with the "B" word here, who isn't?  I take ownership it is due to my own weakness or maybe a lack of commitment to my passion for writing, so to speak which I realised lately has significantly waned. So soon?, no please don't!

I will be back, albeit slowly.  But surely, insyaallah.  Cheers

Rather tiring day but TGIF

Not much to say, low energy.  I don't know if this is the sign of the times ;)  but I do think that I so deserve the much needed rest after a hectic week and crazy deadlines. So I'm off for the day.

Tersentuh

Subuh yang kedua sejak semalam tengok husband bangun bergegas nak Subuh di masjid. 

Sangat tersentuh dengan impak malam Isnin terjumpa blog KRTS Prof Kamil pensyarah uitm/blogger/author buku Travelog Haji yang kami baca masa nak menunaikan Haji 2009.  Terus masuk blog dia.  Sedikit hairan bila baca post-post dan gambar surroundings di Madinah.  Dari tulisan post tak gaya pun macam trip umrah biasa.  Sorot punya sorot baru faham. Prof Kamil and family rupanya sudah berhijrah ke Madinah! 

Rasa seolah-olah segar semangat baca post-post yang dikongsi secara santai.  Informed husband dan dia juga masuk blog masa lapang2 kat office hari selasa.   Semalam pagi husband bingkas bangun 4.30 lebih, buat solat tahjud. Lepas tu tak tidor2 and jap lagi dress-up terus start keta terus pegi solat Subuh at masjid.  Subuh tadi pun macam tu.  Alhamdulillah saya terlalu bersyukur Allah temukan saya di laman tu masa first terjumpa, itu sudah pasti ketentuanNya.  Bukan maksudnya husband tak solat berjemaah di masjid sebelum ni, rasanya without fail sepanjang ramadan dan sesekali pada hujung minggu.  Cuma kalau lah kalau dengan cara tak langsung akan berterusan solat subuh berjemaah walaupun di hari-hari weekdays moving forward, Alhamdulillah.

Nanti sambung post ni, nak pergi kerja dah.

Not a nice feeling

I realise I'm not keeping to my own resolve since I decided I wanted to write something, anyting, everyday in this page!

I'm not even going to start to say that I've no time, I'm just too busy.  Yes, but I could always just pen something?

Really, I'm angry with myself that because of this "lack of discipline" in me I have missed the opportunity to record a number of rather significant "events" (mini) in my life in the last few days at real time...

Firstly I had wanted to jot down that last Friday afternoon, I had decided that I wanted to maximise the time available with my 'Baby' daughter, this being the last Friday before she flies back to Penang for the fresh semester.  On this day we decided that our feet and toenails needed a little makeover.  So we checked into Curio at Ampang Point for a foot-spa treat, yayyy were'nt we admiringly impressed with our pink heels, shiny toenails some 2 hours later that evening ....

Then there's this Saturday.  A fun day - half-day at KLCC for shopping. A simple family dinner at Nasi Lemak Boss Ampang Jaya - you see my daughter is a nasi lemak freak.  As far as I can remember, she's been a nasi-lemak lover since her schooldays - I just can't recall how this came about though.  When we went back it was packing time.  Then here's the real deal where I had really missed out the chance to post the 'event' real time because I am certain it would have sounded different from now.  I would otherwise titled my post that day "A close shave!!!"  My daughter had a 6 inch centepede crawl into her pants up to her knee level while she was busy packing her stuff into her bag in the living room!  She at first thought nothing of it as she felt very light scrathes until the sensation seemed to linger.  She stood up to shake off her right leg only to see the creature came off loose on the floor.  I can still hear her terrified scream in horror in my head.  Alhamdulillah she wasn't bitten.

Early Sunday morning the family (4 of us) left home after Subuh prayers to head for Subang fror her flight back to Penang.  Had a McD breakfast.  Flight was re-timed.  Waited an additional 1 hour, and she's off.  There goes our little "missy chatterbox" who'd been keeping us enertained for the past 6 weeks that she was home during the break.  Admittedly she is the true homebody that we (including my husband and eldest daughter) return to after long days at work on weekdays.  And on weekends, our company (mine especially) to jaunt about with.  A faifhful listener.

Monday was not a regular day.  Extra busy - new intakes, never-ending project and more deadlines to meet.  And so was yesterday, minus the new intakes.

There I guess a minimum of 4 posts that would have otherwise been jotted down.

I want to keep at this.  Let's see if I could keep to a daily entry.  Challenging mysef...  

My maiden entry

Yes I finally did it.  I've always wanted to start a blog but never got around to doing it.  This is because I don't really know the how tos and whats of a blog. However there's this little voice in my head that says, the only way to start is to start.  And to just jump right in do it, and.get on with it.  So here I am.

You see I always think I like to write.  On nothing specific but just write and write for the fun of it.  So write I will over the next posts until I figure out the nooks and crannies of this craft called blogging.  Hope I am here to stay.
